His area of expertise is securing the most favourable life cover and critical illness terms for clients.
Russ’s aviation passion dates back to the mid 80’s when he flew several of the early design microlights. Moving up to heavier aeroplanes, he secured his PPL/A in 1990 at White Waltham & then went on to gain his IR and Multi Engine ratings.
However, in recent years he’s rediscovered the joys of microlight flying and the majority of his hours aloft are now flown in a fixed wing EV97 from a farm strip near Swindon.
He’s made several epic microlight flights to northern Sweden & Finland & has given talks and written articles about his travels.
She has developed a specialist knowledge in relation to the general insurance activities of the business.
This includes accident & sickness contracts, travel insurance along with loss of class 1 medical insurance for professional pilots.
Where required, she also assists in the setting up of policy related trusts.
She has flown several times in both light aeroplanes and microlights but, to date, has not been persuaded to take her PPL!
She is able to assist with proposal completion and any ongoing underwriting queries.
Loreli also advises in relation to pilot travel insurance and has a comprehensive working knowledge of the life cover underwriting criteria of our insurers too.
She has also flown in light aircraft and is hoping to do some flexwing microlight flying in the near future.
