Russ Stein and Nicki McCormack, our principal advisers, have accumulated combined financial services experience of over 45 years – and worked together for 20 of them.

After 6 years in various financial service roles, Russ Stein established Stein Financial in 1989. Russ is also a recreational pilot and learnt to fly at White Waltham in 1990. He currently flies from a farm strip near Swindon. In July 2011 he flew a microlight on a 3500 mile round trip to the Swedish arctic circle.

Nicki McCormack joined the firm in 1990 as a case progress manager. Since this time she has become a fully qualified mortgage and protection adviser with specialist knowledge within the General Insurance field.
